Cape Coastal Honours Top Achievers for 2007!

After a busy year of outstanding achievement, its time for some deserved celebration, as principal Pat Lawson, happily awards Cape Coastal Property Group’s 2007 top sales agent, Terry English with a trip to Mauritius.

The realtors announced the competition to their agents at their 2006 year-end function and Terry has performed continuously well in Simon’s Town, walking away with the ‘agent of the month’ trophy 6 times this year. A further accolade was awarded to Deborah Enstrom, the company’s star Milkwood Park/Sunnydale agent, for selling the most number of units for the same period.

Despite the negative rap the property market has received in the recent media, the group has enjoyed remarkable results, successfully introducing new faces and reintroducing familiar ones to our beautiful area. Their annual London property exhibition, held in October was once again a huge success. The property portfolios and presentations were well-received by exhibition visitors, many of whom are expected to arrive in the Cape over the summer period.
