Record Smashing Sale for Cape Coastal
Cape Coastal Property Group has once again smashed the Fish Hoek property price barrier by negotiating the sale of a magnificent Catwalk home for R7.4 million. The previous record in the area, also achieved by Cape Coastal, was R4 million while a whopping R6 million deal was concluded by the company’s Simon’s Town office recently. Of particular interest is the fact that the new owner of the R7.4 million home is a local from “up the line” rather than a foreign investor. “We are finding that Cape Town residents who have been living closer to the city are becoming increasingly aware of the attractions of the South Peninsula,” said Cape Coastal principal, Pat Lawson, who handled the record breaking sale.
Fish Hoek offers the ideal lifestyle for both those who are considering retirement as well as younger families and business executives, with excellent schooling, reasonable proximity to the city and a carefree beach ambience.
“While I acknowledge that this sale does not represent the norm in this area there is no doubt that a positive spin-off is on the cards for Fabulous Fish Hoek,” commented Pat.
